Dinner 9/25

Sauteed Tofu w/ Fresh Figs over Gemelli Pasta
(floured and pan-fried tofu basted with pureed and strained figs plus veg stock and lemon. put under the broiler -- and it's almost like a sweet barbecue sauce)

Ratatoullie Nicoise
(eggplant, zucchini, red bell pepper, onion, garlic and tomato)
