Tofu Piccata over Gobetti Pasta

Haricot Verts




Another stand-by: tofu with capers, lemon juice, veg stock and chopped parsley in a roux-thickened sauce. The haricot verts were blanched and then lightly sauteed with soy marg, salt and pepper.
